Pilates is more than a self practice. It is a community of people who share a love for improving their mind, body and soul. Pilates quickly became a huge part of my life. My background in sports, running, Yoga and weight lifting brought me to try Pilates. It showed me how much potential the practice has and I loved every minute of it. During my classes I strive to challenge you but also develop a meaningful connection with your peers and yourself by having a great time!
