They are both physiotherapists from Brazil - highly skilled and knowledgeable who genuinely care about your health and fitness. My SI joint pain is almost gone after two months of Pilates. Adriana and Adriano are fabulous instructors. Their physiotheraphy background gives them added knowledge on how your body works and what exercises work best for you. I've done Pilates for over 10 years. I find it's one of the best parts of my week. I love how it gives me strength, mobility, flexibility, and core strength.
