I'm Aida, and I'm so excited to share my positive energy with you! I'm a Balanced Body certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and a lifelong movement lover. Growing up, I tried every sport and activity I could find. My journey started with yoga five years ago, but over time, I found myself naturally drawn to Pilates. I completely fell in love with the energy, the control, and the way it helps you feel deeply connected to your body. I'm all about good vibes and bringing that positive energy to the studio. My Club Pilates classes are intentional, fun, and built around that deep Pilates burn, the kind you feel, respect, and somehow always come back for! We'll focus on mindful movement and building strong foundations on the Club Pilates Reformer, but what matters most to me is exactly how you feel in your body. My goal for you is simple.
