You feel right at home when you walk into Calma. The smell of coffee and the soft vibes of the studio bring you into a relaxed state to begin the workout. The attention I received from Alaina felt like I was in a private class. She made proper adjustments to my form, gave amazing cues, and helped me

CalmaPilates is a uniquely charming space founded by Kaylee and Alaina, who are among the best of the best instructors in the SB area. Classes sizes are kept to a minimum allowing for more individual attention and effective results. Calma Coffee Bar adds to the charm and the lattes are delish. All around great experience!!!

I experienced Calma for the first time this morning and had the most amazing experience! The space is gorgeous and it is such a friendly environment. Alaina was great teaching me about the machines and guiding us through a challenging and rewarding workout. And the best part is they have a coffee bar to grab a drink after —delightful! This studio is perfect. I will definitely be back!
