Alecia R. discovered her passion for Pilates during college, initially through mat classes, and later fell in love with Reformer Pilates at Club Pilates in Fort Worth. After completing her teaching certification through Club Pilates’ Teacher Training Program, she dedicated herself to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Outside of instructing, Alecia enjoys spin classes, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Zoe.
