Love this studio! It’s warm and welcoming and has the cutest aesthetic/vibe. Alex is a wonderful instructor. She makes everyone feel strong and capable in the studio no matter their fitness level! I love how she organizes her classes. She knows exactly how much to push us to feel that Pilates burn! I leave the studio feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day!!

Happy Hour Pilates studio brings the vibes and the shakes from a great workout. When you enter the studio, you will be welcomed with a smile regardless if it is a 0500 class. You will be instructed on every move each time and Alex will help correct in a respectful way. 10/10 recommend to all friends.

Never have I ever been in a warm loving but hardcore studio. I witnessed Alex build this business from the ground up with complete humbleness, love, and ambition. Her classes are killer and so much fun! The vibe is great and the music is always on point. Highly recommend!
