About Alex

Alex obtained her Pilates Certification through Club Pilates in 2020 and has been teaching with Club Pilates since 2020. Originally from St. Louis, now residing in the Westmont area. Alex was drawn to Club Pilates because it allowed her to reconnect with body control and precision that she developed as a competitive gymnast when she was younger. When not in the studio teaching, Alex enjoys going for long walks, playing in the hose, or swimming in the lake with her son Dominic, husband John, and dog Phoebe. She also works as a speech language pathologist rehabing adults' speech, language, and swallow function after they suffer a stroke.
