Upon the completion of her Bachelors degree, Alexa decided it was a great time to become a certified Pilates instructor before starting her Masters program. She has completed a 500 hour comprehensive training at Club Pilates. She loves that Pilates takes focus on core control and breathing techniques. Pilates has helped her with past injuries she had from all the dancing she did while growing up. Pilates has changed Alexa’s mindset on working out; and has not only helped her physically but mentally as well. Her favorite Club Pilates class is Cardio Sculpt! It is an upbeat class and it allows her to get her blood pumping without feeling stuck on a cardio machine for an hour.
