Alexa

I love the ladies at this place! Lisbeth, Alexa and all the others push me to places I never thought I could go. Since I have been going here I feel 20yrs younger.

I’ve been a member for over 3 years and enjoy attending class 4 times a week. Pilates doesn't get boring thanks to Amber and Alexa mixing it up regularly. You never know what's in store for you when you show up!

…welcoming and easy to approach. Tammy is my favorite because her workouts push me hard! Never leave her class without my sweat on, but love to mix it up among Alexa, Amber and Lizbeth from week to week. Classes fill quick, but I can always seem to grab a last minute class from the wait-list. So glad I decided to give them a try!

The front desk people were amazing and very accommodating. I did the trial with Alexa who was great and my first class with Tammy. She was wonderful very easy to follow and really gave us a good work out ;) excited to go back next week
