Alexis

Alexis is a great instructor at Club Pilates.

Took an intro class with Alexis. I am a person with only mat Pilates experience, and one other reformer class. She was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job teaching us about equipment, exercises, target muscle groups, etc. I loved her personality and music choices. She adapted for my injury and was very helpful with all levels in the class. Would be very achievable for those…
