Love Ali!!!!! She’s the sweetest. Love that her group class sizes are small so I always feel safe when operating the machines. Plus, the studio itself is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!!

Ali is a terrific instructor. She's also attuned to each person's needs, abilities, and health issues. She challenges you but in the nicest way! I've been going there for almost a decade; she's helped me maintain good flexibility; she also prepared me for two knee surgeries and helped my recoveries tremendously. Her work ethic and integrity are stellar.
