I absolutely love the new energy at CDM Pilates! The new owner, Ali, is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress. The updates are beautiful, from the equipment to the amazing new private room that’s perfect for one-on-one sessions. It’s such a joy to come here, by far the best Pilates studio in the area!
