I’m so grateful to have been introduced to Eighteen Movement Studio and Alicia. The studio is modern, clean, well-equipped, and has large windows which overlook a giant palm tree - a rare gem, just like Eighteen Movement Studio. I just started solo Pilates classes and am enjoying my sessions with Alicia (although the sessions took me out of my comfort zone). Alicia takes the time to understand her
