About Alivia

I discovered reformer Pilates over a year ago and quickly became obsessed! With a history of fitness and a love for weightlifting over the past 5 years I developed a new love for Pilates and the way it made a workout exciting, fun, and enjoyable! Soon after working at the front desk of our studio I went through instructor training and have loved the amazing journey of learning about Pilates and the deep mind muscle connection. Pilates has changed the way I think in my daily life and the way it can change people’s life is incredible. Currently I am pursuing my degree in Fashion Merchandising and travel for Apparel Markets! I love all things fashion, fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with my people!
