Anna and Alizeh are amazing. The class is great, it gets my heart rate up and challenges me.

I love club Pilates! I only recently started but I’ve quickly become addicted. The instructors at Denton have been so welcoming, informative and fun. If you get to meet Anna, she always welcome you to the club with a smile and you have to take a class with Alizeh, she’s super well rounded in all classes and she is so patient and encouraging!

Alizeh is awesome, and Sami on front desk is very nice and helpful. Ashlie, the owner, is also a very good instructor, so this is the place to be.

…ll make you laugh and but you won't be laughing at how sore you are the next day. Jeremy always brings a challenge and modifications for beginners to advanced. Alizeh is calming and will stretch and relax you. Julie is great for technique. And Erica brings a variety of morning classes making you want to show up everyday.
