About Allison
Allison, originally from Birmingham, Alabama, relocated to Atlanta in 1997. After discovering Pilates postpartum in 2003, she developed a passion for the practice that led her to become a full-time instructor in 2009. Now teaching at Club Pilates in Cumming, she specializes in Pilates Reformer, helping her clients achieve their personal fitness goals.
