I was looking for a drop-in class while I was visiting from out of town. I took the reformer flow class with Allison and really enjoyed it. It reminded me a lot of my classes back home. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to keep their Pilates routine going while on vacation. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
