About Allison

Allison Panagakos was raised in Southern California and loves to beach. She started pilates about 10 years ago and then took a sabbatical for a while and tried other forms for activities. She retired from a 35 year career with a major retailer in 2020 and came back to Pilates. After a short time back on the reformer decided to enter the Club Pilates teacher training program. She now is teaching and enjoying helping clients feel and look stronger. “I love forward to coming to the studio and creating fun classes for our clients.”
