This studio is clean, friendly, and welcoming. The instructors are excellent and front desk always greets members with a smile. Clairice, Alyse, and Jenalee are my go to instructors for a challenging and fun workout! Johanna and Jerick are the best greeting team there ever was 🥰

Absolutely love this studio! The staff is fantastic (especially Alyse who is my favorite!), very clean facility, and the classes are the best! I have bad knees so I love that I can get a great workout and not hurt my joints. Highly recommend - and if you’re on the fence take the intro class and you will be immediately hooked!
