Reflexologist Amante is very knowledgeable, he knows his field very well. From day 1 Amante understood how my body responds. I’m a stroke survivor, I’ve been to many PT facilities, none of them understood my body’s reaction the way Amante did. Nick and the Tall Guy at the desk are excellent, great customer service. I would recommend stretchlab bayside 1000 times

I have been going to StretchLab for about 16 months. Assisted stretching has clearly improved my flexibility and muscle strength. My current flexologist, Amante, has been especially helpful in relieving my neck and back pain. The sessions are professional, focused, and effective. This is a valuable addition to any regular workout routine, and I highly recommend it.
