Amy is an amazing instructor she was absolutely helpful in every way! This was my very first Pilates class ever and I wasn’t really sure what to do but Amy gave me directions and show me how to do the forms and what to do about I honestly Felt very welcome! If you guys ever want to tryout Pilates or are interested in doing Pilates, I recommend yall to go to Nichols Hills Pilate…
