About Amy
Amy is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in Hendersonville. A lifelong resident of Williamson County, she discovered Pilates after being diagnosed with Ulnar Abutment Syndrome and quickly embraced its transformative benefits. Alongside her teaching, Amy serves as the studio manager at Maryland Farms and is pursuing her 500-hour comprehensive teacher training. Outside of the studio, she enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and supports her local animal rescue charity.
