I have been taking Pilates at Body Dynamics for over 5 years.. Instructors are amazing! (Amy you are a breath of fresh air !)I can’t say enough amazing things about the beautiful welcoming studio! It has changed my body and mind in every possible way!I love this studio and people and look forward to each class!! I encourage everyone to experience for themselves you will not be disappointed!🫶
Body Dynamics is a fantastic studio! The owner Peggy and my instructor Amy are just wonderfully friendly and enthusiastic ladies. The studio provides varied classes— yoga, Pilates , or other muscle building sessions— there is something for every need. As students, we are challenged in a safe, accepting , and fun environment…We are blessed to have this great studio.
