…so lucky to have found this Gem in Andover. I rarely leave reviews but the Owner and staff here are such genuine and decent people. I also love my instruction, Amy O, she’s supportive, strong, smart and inspirational. Usually not a person who can stay with exercise regimes but this establishment won my heart with its professionalism and kindness. I feel refreshed and empowered…

Amy & her staff are top-notch! Their knowledge & delivery is some of the best I've ever experienced, and they make classes a blast! The training & education that the instructors pursue flies HIGH above the other alternatives in the greater Boston area, and you can tell. These aren't your average "weekend certificate" trainers, they have spent hundreds of hours seeking education…
