About Amy

Amy earned her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville and Bachelors degree in Health Science in 2001. She specializes in orthopedics, vestibular and women’s health. She received her comprehensive Pilates teacher training with Club Pilates in 2019. “I enjoy educating my clients on proper form so they can get the most out of their workout and seeing their progress”. Amy is happily married and the mother of 2. She is involved with her children in sports and travels with her daughters volleyball team. Personally, she enjoys family vacations, gardening, walks with her dog and, of course, Pilates!
