Absolutely one of the best instructors Andrea is exceptional!!!

I try to take Andrea’s classes every week. She is interesting careful and almost never does the same thing twice it’s amazing how much knowledge she has about accurate movement and care when putting us into positioning. I enjoy the level and the overall body work out that I get in her classes.
