Andrea lives with her wonderful husband in Greenville - she is a mom to 3 awesome big kids, and a Nahni to Rylan and Mac her little grandbabies. She is a nurse serving ECU Health for the past 30 + years. Through the years, she experienced major changes in both her body and health - going through spinal surgery and breast cancer - Andrea was looking for a safe and effective exercise program with goals to improve her health, maintain optimal functionality and she also wanted to feel better in her own body. Joining Club Pilates was been a game changer for her health and wellness journey. A low impact full body program, Pilates has provided her a safe way to continue to exercise without pain, while feeling stronger, more flexible and confident. Andrea believes the beauty of Pilates is that it is a full body workout for any and EVERY body. Andrea is teaching two days a week and is excited to share the benefits of Pilates with others!
