I was blown away from the start, My first class was with instructor Nicole; I started going beginning of this year and it was the most amazing experience I’ve had and since then I’ve been hooked. She’s incredible, attentive, and friendly. Her classes are spicy yet fun. She’s very good at engaging with her clients during/while class is in session. I am so grateful I found the Pilates experience, I really need to love the exercise I do to be consistent, and they made me fall in love with Pilates and the community.
