Angel

About Angel

Angel is a graduate of the Club Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program and a longtime member of the studio. She first discovered Pilates while dealing with sciatica, and the practice brought her lasting relief and a renewed love for movement. Inspired by her own transformation, Angel now shares her passion with others, creating classes that encourage strength, confidence, and a sense of empowerment. When she’s not teaching Pilates, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter, Gigi.
