The instructor was awesome! She was super encouraging and paid attention to everyone's form! I am very sore today! Especially my abs! Update: I have been to classes instructed by Meg, Michelle, Angie, Barbara, and Nancy and they are all wonderful. They are very attentive, warm, and encouraging! I'm addicted to the workouts because I feel amazing after.
