Challenging and engaging bar class with Anja. Good selection of weights and resistance bands to make the class as challenging as you need. Nice bonus is all the gym equipment is sanitized by the team, so you can have confidence in the cleanliness and don't spend time wiping the kit down at the end. I'll definitely be back!
