Anna fell in love with Pilates several minutes into her first free intro class alongside her best friend in 2019. A year later, she started teacher training with Club Pilates, as well as integrating many of the principles and exercises into her orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy practice. Anna strives to share her knowledge of movement science and motor control with her clients to ensure mindful and effective workouts. She is enthusiastic about empowering people of all ages and abilities to move with greater freedom and confidence. Outside of Pilates, Anna loves to run on the Katy Trail, read her Kindle, and eat her husband’s meals.
