Anna (the owner) is an amazing instructor and wonderfully kind person who focuses on the classical style of pilates. Golden Mean has a variety of equipment used in the classes and as well as mat classes. I began my pilates practice in 2019 and continue to learn each week.
Anna is the best Pilates teacher I have ever worked with! I'm going back to Newport next week and I can't wait to work with her.
