this is my favorite workout place ever. I love Ella, Julia, Yemi, and Anna. The girls here are amazing and I feel great after every workout.

Honestly I love solidcore. As their name says they focus more on your core and abdominal muscles. I think you should definitely give them a try. My favorite coach is coach Anna here. She is super sweet and she explains everything so well.
