Born and raised in Russia, Anya graduated from a professional dance college and went on to enjoy a long international career performing Broadway-style shows on cruise ships around the world. After retiring from the stage, she discovered her next passion — Pilates. Anya completed her certification 2018 through MBS Precision Pilates & Wellness in California and has been teaching with passion and dedication ever since. Now based in Texas for the past 6 years, she loves helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through mindful movement.
