Born and raised in Russia, Anya graduated from a professional dance college and went on to enjoy a long international career performing Broadway-style shows on cruise ships around the world. After retiring from the stage, she discovered her next passion — Pilates. Anya completed her certification through MBS Precision Pilates & Wellness in California and has been teaching with passion and dedication ever since. Now based in Texas for the past five years, she loves helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through mindful movement. Her classes combine the grace of a dancer with the precision of Pilates, creating a motivating and supportive environment for every client.
