I started at StretchLab in Lincoln Square at the beginning of September 2025. I was paired with Ariana - she is my stretch guru! I've had troubles with my hips, hip flexors and all the muscles in that area. After our first session, I was able to do the butterfly stretch without feeling that my left hip flexor was going to rip apart. I had a bit of a set back for a couple weeks…
