I am so glad that I learned about this studio. I absolutely recommend Ariana’s 5:30pm Wednesday class! She is motivating, challenging, and gives clear cues. I leave feeling strong and confident despite being fairly new to Pilates! Aviva, the owner, also goes beyond and takes the time to personally reach out to ensure I am getting what I want out of my experience at her studio. 💫

I haven’t done Pilates in many years and signed up for an intro package Ariana was my instructor and made me remember why I love Pilates. She is able to work around injuries and mixes it up to make class interesting. I have signed up for another package!
