Originally from the Chicagoland area, Ashley spent 14 years as a competitive ice skater, developing a passion for movement and dedication to excellence. Four years ago, Ashley made the sunny move to Florida, and has since channeled that competitive spirit into my role as a Pilates studio manager. "In my position, I focus on creating a welcoming and motivating environment for our clients. I love helping individuals of all levels discover the power of Pilates, guiding them on their wellness journeys while fostering a strong community atmosphere. My goal is to empower everyone who walks through our doors to achieve their fitness aspirations and feel their best."
