With a background in nursing, Ashley's passion for health and movement is at the forefront of all of her class programs. Her emphasis on form, breath, and progression has allowed her clients to not only see physical improvements but feel better. After a knee injury, she was introduced to Pilates through a rheumatologist. She fell in love with the science of pilates and felt stronger, more flexible, and noticed an increase in her mobility.
