Barre Envy and the amazing instructor, Ashley Allen, have transformed not only my physical health but my mental health as well. They’ve created such an inspiring, welcoming and fun space to work out, something that isn’t always easy to find! For the first time, I actually look forward to my workouts. Ashley brings an uplifting energy that makes every class such a positive experience.

At age 64, my fitness goals are strength, balance, flexibility snd toning. I LOVE Barre Envy for helping me achieve these in a fun and engaging way! The instructors are awesome and the routines are all unique. Thank you Ashley and Barre Envy!
