About Astrid
Astrid K teaches Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates in McKinney, where she brings her passion for movement and community to the studio. After discovering Pilates in 2022, she completed her teacher training in 2025 and was drawn to the classical approach and supportive environment at Club Pilates. A lifelong resident of Allen, TX, Astrid enjoys exploring new activities, from pottery to unique local events, during her free time.
