About Astrid
Astrid completed her teacher training this past year in 2025 through Club Pilates. Astrid discovered Pilates in 2022 after realizing the traditional gym setting wasn't the right fit for her. She was born and raised in Allen, TX, and still plans to stay around her hometown. She fell in love with Club Pilates, specifically for their classical background and welcoming community. When not in the studio, Astrid enjoys morning walks and spontaneous adventures with friends. “side quests” — from pottery classes to city pop-ups to even goat yoga with close friends.
