Exhale Pilates Studio in Carolina Park is absolutely beautiful! I usually go to the Oyster Park location, but I went to the 10 AM Sunday class at Carolina Park today and I’m so glad I did. That time is perfect for my schedule. The owner, Katie, has created such a warm, elevated, and welcoming studio
