Her classes blend upbeat music, creative routines, tons of laughter, and positive affirmations. Her favorite thing about being an instructor here is seeing the diversity of our clients. We come from all walks of life, different ages, and backgrounds but we come together to become stronger. Her goal as an instructor is to create an all inclusive environment where everyone can be successful. As your instructor she will help you discover your inner powerhouse.
