Autumn is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. With an early passion for dance, art, and cheer, Autumn developed a deep appreciation for strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and flow—foundational elements that naturally led her to Pilates.
