I just started going to Pulse Pilates and I really enjoy mat Pilates with Bailey! She gives a challenging workout and is great at providing feedback to me. Pulse and Bailey are the best! The mat classes are challenging, but doable for everyone. Bailey offers modifications and guidance so that each class is a great work out. Don’t be intimidated - give Pulse a try and you will be glad you did!

Pulse is officially my new favorite studio! The space is beautiful and in such a convenient location. Bailey is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor, and her music always makes class even better. I go multiple times a week for both mat and reformer classes, and I leave every single time feeling like I got an amazing workout. Never a minute — or a dollar — wasted!

Pulse is a great studio. It is beautiful on the inside but most importantly Bailey the owner and our instructor is amazing.
