About Barbara

I have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science followed by two Associate Degrees in Applied Health Sciences and Physical Therapist Assist. I’ve been in health care and fitness for over 25 years having worked as a fitness instructor, military medic and physical therapist assistant. I find it rewarding to play a part in promoting the health and recovery of clients/patients. Through my fitness journey I was introduced to the Pilates and was impressed with its versatility and therapeutic effects. The creativity of basic fundamentals presented by the instructors here motivated me to go to the next level with Pilates. Will you join me?
