Yes!!! This has been the best! Benton is an excellent trainer and he has been so helpful as I’ve recovered from my injury. I highly recommend this studio for everyone- and even for those recovering from injuries!

This is by far and away the best pilates studio in Memphis. Benton Wilbanks is a master at his craft. He makes his clients feel immediately comfortable.... He brought me to my best physical shape ever....which improved my singing....and my everyday life in general..... Bless you Benton
