Hello friends! My name is Betsy and most of you know me because I’ve been working out along side you for the past few years. Becoming a Pilates instructor has been a goal of mine for several years . After being a stay at home mom of five, I just needed the chutzpah to go for it! I have several personal physical issues that limited my ability to perform certain workouts. For me, Pilates literally allows me to stand up everyday! I am thrilled to be a part of Club Pilates and can’t wait to meet/assist you in achieving your goals.
