Went to the White Rock location (south Surrey). I went on 2 separate occasions with 2 of my friends. The first time we went was also our first time doing Lagree. Our instructor, Jamie, was amazing. She gave very clear, concise instructions and also had a very happy, upbeat personality and made us feel very welcome. We felt challenged and supported at the same time.
